The Globe and Mail

Splash MM took part on behalf of The Globe and Mail in the inaugural Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Princess Margret Hospital.  Our team was at the dusk to dawn event in support of the great cause and to bring awareness to The Globe and Mail’s support of the event.

The Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer featured hundreds of teams all playing for a singular and ambitious vision: CONQUER CANCER IN OUR LIFETIME!  The funds raised through event went to support both The Princess Margaret hospital and the Canadian Cancer Society.

The main goals of the event:

• accelerate breakthrough research
• fund important services for cancer patients and their families
• fund initiatives to prevent cancer and advocacy efforts on important cancer-related issues

Overall, the day was a huge success with everyone in great spirits.
